Sacred Heart Annual Events

Long standing events within the parish are held throughout the year. These events are a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate your commitment of time and talent to our parish and are an opportunity for you, as a parish member, to develop faith relationships with other parishioners. These events are widely recognized in the community of Emporia and the surrounding area.  All parishioners are encouraged to participate in any or all of these events in varied capacities. Information is provided through The Memo prior to each event.

Fall Festival

The festival is held in November each year. A turkey meal is prepared and served by parishioners. There are many different ways that individuals and families can help in the preparation and serving. Call the Parish Office or watch for sign-up sheets inserted in The Memo or on the parish website.

Mexican Supper

This event held in September features a handmade taco dinner. Student families are responsible for ticket promotion and sales for this event. Parishioner support with food items and time and talent is needed.

School Spring Auction

The Sacred Heart Annual Auction is annually in the spring. The event features dinner, silent and live auctions.
